We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
How long do I have to return? Do I need to pay for the shipping?
1. We gladly accept returns within 7 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
2. Shipping is free on your 1st return for any order. For any additional returns from the same order, a 59 THB fee will be deducted from your refund
for each return. (See "How do I make a return?" section for details)
3. If you choose Self-Sending to return your parcel, you’re responsible for the return shipping costs.
How do I make a return?
(1)If you choose Kerry to return your parcel
1. Sign into your Anitawomen account.
2. Find the order in My Orders , click the “Return Item” button.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reasons, and submit.
4. Select the mailing method: Pickup Service or Parcel Shop .
5. If you choose to pick up, please prepare the return items and pack them carefully. Print the attached return label by yourself and adhere it to the
outside of the return parcel, then wait for the delivery man to pick up the parcel.
6. If you choose to return at Kerry’s collection point, please print your return label and attach it to your return parcel. You can choose to print by
yourself or print at any of Kerry’s collection points and drop off the return parcel there.
(2)If you choose Self-Sending to return your parcel
1.Sign into your Anitawomen account.
2.Find the order in My Orders , click the "Return Item" button.
3.Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, then submit.
4.Select the return method and refund method, then please pack the item(s) to be returned with the original packaging.
5.Please choose your own logistics company at your cost and mail the package.
How do I find the return label I generated?
Find the returned order in “My Orders” → Click “Order Details” → Click “Return & Refund Record” in the top right corner → Click “Details” to download.
Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
1. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, event & party supplies, DIY supplies, pet
supplies, beauty and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
3. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
Important Notice:
1. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect processing your return.
2. Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-Anita products.
3. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact Anita Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
How will I get my refund?
Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your wallet or the original payment account as per your request.
Please note that the refund for "Online Banking" and "COD" cannot be withdrawn to your original payment account.
Note: The original shipping fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.
